Wow, was this ever a disappointment.
Lunch wasn't provided. Skiing was only 3 hours on Saturday. And there was no skiing provided on Sunday!
Also, everything was very unorganized, rooms were double-booked, and no one seemed to have any answers.

If the itinerary had panned out, this would have been a good deal. However, little happened that was promised and this trip was hardly all inclusive.
I will be staying away from Ztravelbug in the future. |

My Christmas gift for hubby was a weekend away from his pregnant wife to snowboard and relax! Too bad that this trip was so disorganized he barely got to ski and was forced to come back early on Sunday since he wasn't prepared to pay for rentals and lift tickets to ski on Sunday! When a program advertises that you can ski all day Sunday, you would think that you wouldn't have to pay AGAIN to do so! All inclusive, all inclusive mis-leading information is what this was. He had fun when he and some friends left the resort last night and went into Gwacheon and got away from the so called DJ party! |

This is great news! I thought I missed out on what seemed like a great deal. I even called the day before and was told it was all booked.
Sorry you guys got screwed. I ask for at least a partial refund.
Was it at least good for three hours? |

This trip was terribly organized... the only good thing about it was the people on the trip. Nobody working for this company had a clue what was going on. We left late to begin with. We could not check into our rooms because they said the previous people had not checked out, so we had to all throw our stuff in one room and change within five minutes. The parties were separated and sent to different places to get equipment. We were told to get off the bus, then 15 minutes later get back on, only to quickly be told to get off again. Quote of the trip to be heard time and time again.. "small misunderstanding".
The skiing itself was great and their were some good slopes. However, once back we then discovered our rooms. Terrible. Overcrowded and on the floor I expected, but the floor temp was so hot that if you were not on a blanket it burned you, and there were barely enough blankets. The DJ party blew, it was held in the same room where we put our bags... a room big enough for maybe 20 people, however the most entertaining part was that this room was also some groups room to sleep in afterwards when the party finished... what a disgrace, feel terrible for them. In the AD it said no cover for the party but they might as well have charged a couple chuns, would have gone along with the theme of this trip.
The best part of this trip was when we arrived back in Itaewon and no longer had to deal with this terrible company. The one girl who worked for the company was entertaining, even though she was clueless as to what was going on cause nobody gave her any info. The only good part of this trip was the skiing and a bunch of cool people out to have a good time. We all got drunk and made the best of a terrible situation. Rant done... along with the chances of me ever travelling with this company again |
