-Ketchup
-Sugar
-Finely chopped onion
-Crushed garlic (you can buy that and it's good - the flavor will spread fast) or finely chopped garlic
-Vinegar
-Maybe some soy sauce (be careful because it can be salty here)
-Mustard (prepared or dry - if you use dry, only a quarter of a tsp)
-Pepper
-Kochujang, if you like, but be careful (it can take over the taste of the other ingredients)
If you have some oregano and/or basil or whatever, chuck some of that in there, too.
There you go. Barbecue sauce.
Have fun! |

I would use cayenne pepper and not gochujang. Tastes better. |

I'll see your cayenne pepper and raise you a chipotle pepper powder. |

I'll drop around with that Habenero Sauce to spice it up for you.
Do you want the hot one or the bum muscle clenching one. |

There is a hot fish sauce you want to try with your ribs spliff... it is available anywhere and is easy to make It has a youghurt like texture and your missus will love it! (or she will recognize the taste... beware... it will remind her of the legend that is Bejarano-Korea!)

Add blood. Your own, if necessary. |

Recipe is good, I would substitute brown sugar or honey or a combination of both for the sugar. A little soysauce never hurt either. |
