Hello,
I want to be able to view Korean on my computer. But I don't want to be able to type it. I don't have a Windows CD. Anything I can do? Thanks. |

Go to your start menu and then up to settings. Then click on control panel. From the control panel select regional options. In the regional options menu should be a box listing many different languages scroll down to Korea and check the box next to it. Press apply and then OK, hopefully that should do it

You may have too change TOOLS, OPTIONS in your browser if some pages don't come appear properly.
If you need to see .hwp files, there is a free viewer available for download (Hangul viewer 2002). |

on the off-chance that the advice you have been given didnt work I got round the problem by downloading the windows cd via torrent ; mounting it using 'daemon tools' and then using control panel--- regional options -- install east asian fonts etc |
