How do you know which is the best one to get? I'm thinking of getting one of these certificates, but not sure which one I should get....

Bibbitybop is right. There are several posts on the forum discussing the value of different programs. Check out the FAQs, the stickies, and the first 3 or 4 top level posting pages on this job related discussion and you will find several posts giving you information. Online Quickie TEFL

Lots of info in there. But, if you're in Korea and have the time, consider an onsite TESOL course. They're expensive, but run by professors, and are usually worth graduate credits in TESOL programs. The two major Korean ones are: Hanyang Joint TESOL, and SMU TESOL Also, Drexel has an online TESOL.
