Hi all,
My ps is about 3 weeks latel paying me overtime, and my co-teacher treats me like a big burden. I mean, she acts like my requests for anything simple thing are just too much. She never emails me back when I email her. The school has also tried to cheat me out of some other pay. Basically I feel like a sub human at times. Just wondering if this was the norm at public schools or if I just got a difficult one.
I also feel like they hold grudges over things?

It's not normal. But with public schools so much is 'luck of the draw'.
