As a foreigner i need a cell/hand phone. I wonder if i could get some input on the different companies and how much they charge (domestic calls of course) with the card system. With a 10,000 WON card KTF gives around 30 minutes domestic? Is that right. What about SK? or LG? Any others? Is there one that is better than the others as far as call connection quality? What about prices?? Who has the best plan out there??

that's the standard rate for pay as you go, however if you get another card called an "m card" you can get 120 for 10,000.
as well, the place in itawon where i usually buy my phone cards is offering a deal right now, it's 35,000 for 600 minutes a month, but you have to buy a new phone. the plus is that you don't have to put down a deposit though, unlike the other contracts. |

| That card will work with my KTF phone?? I can get 120 minutes for 10,000 WON??? Instead of 29 minutes? Where can i get that card? |
