So with these new crap visa regulations it seems as if Koreans are trying to weed people out. It really doesnt surprise me, since Korea is so blantly racist and backwards to begin with. No, Iam not streotyping all koreans, just my experience. However, who the hell is going to continue to support a system that has this mentality. This is just one more example of how korea mistreats the foreign population. But, yet they still continue to be the ESL HOTSPOT.Anyways, we all know this and cant do anything about it. However, even though this is really fictional in thought, iam wondering what korea would do if all the foreigners just vacated the countryleaving them with no esl industry at all.In reading through the various threads, it seems as most people are prepared to leave and go other places....I dont know iam just really pissed off

You need to distinguish between the Korean people and the Korean government and its policies, just as you need to distinguish between Americans and their government.

Not all Americans voted for or support George Bush, and not all Koreans hate foreigners.

But I wish Koreans had a better understanding of how unnecessary and offensive these E-2 regulations are.

I'm sorry you haven't met more nice Koreans. Nearly everyone has been nice to me.

Well, except for some of the juvenile delinquents in my classes.

I have had great experiences with Koreans, some of the best people I have ever met including my current girlfriend. The government is a laugh but what are you going to do? heh.
