| I taught in Korea last year and I am thinking of returning, but I see now the new rules. Does anyone have info on these new police checks? I had a misdemeanor pot charge over 10 years ago. It was not in my home state. I have a flawless record otherwise. Where do I have to go for this record check? Will a charge 10years ago keep me from getting a new visa? What about other countries? Im no dope head, but have learned many lessons over the years |

If the misdemeanor was not in your home state I don't think you should have anything to worry about just so long as the check's not an FBI check. |
