I'm posting this for a friend who doesn't have a dave's account:
Spacious 2 room apt to rent in Haebongchon. It is fully furnished with a fridge, stove, mini-oven, 2 TV's, washer, wardrobe, L-shaped sofa etc. Near the Buy the Way and close to the Kangnam/City Hall bus stops at the top of the hill. The landlord is so wonderfully sweet and is forever trying to accomodate me. Key money is 5mil (I don't know if they're willing to negotiate, but it's worth a try) and it's 500 000 won a month.
