Not a question related to the new visa requirements...

My visa expires at the beginning of February but my contract goes until the end of February (I came to the country early to get settled and check stuff out). How do I go about extending it until the end of my contract?

You need to take a copy of your contract, your passport, worker card, fill out a little paperwork and pay about W10,000. It's very common and done very quickly, it's a very minor thing in immigration. Your hakwon owner should go with you and it should be done in less than an hour.

I recently got a one month extension and it was done it 10 minutes, but I live in a small town.
