Not sure if they are able to do wiis or not, but one of the best places to ask is in the underground shopping arcade at Bujeon, right beside Seomyeon. Take a left at the subway "T" in the Seomyeon underground. If you know where the foreign exchange bank exit stairs are, you'll come to a slight ramp shortly after them. Go up the ramp and through the door and there will be a dunkin donuts on your right. You want the computer shop just after it. There are a bunch of other shops in that underground area, on both sides. You'll have to explore a little. You may also have to ask the people two or three times if they'll do what you want done as it's supposedly illegal.

I didn't have any luck with those guys a couple of years ago. Please try again, though, and let us know if they are willing.

I went down there recently and the guys are pretty useless. There are at least 4 shops there and none of them would mod a PS2; I assume it's the same for the Wii. You can however, buy a second-hand modded PS2 for 150k, again I don't know about the Wii.

Maybe things have changed. I know three people who had their ps2 mod done in that one shop(myself incl) and another person who had it done in a different shop in the same area. Maybe it's because they began to see their sales go away? Still doesn't make much sense to me though as I first was buying burned DVD games from the shops before I learned how to do things myself...they must make a few bucks from selling the mod chip. I'll admit that it's not the easiest and you should be able to speak Korean well or bring a Korean along with you to do the talking. The last guy whom I sent there told me that he had to buy a couple of used games before the guy would talk to him(his Korean wife) about the chip. Guess it's time for people in Busan to learn how to do it themselves?
Anyone have a better place? |

The Wii isn't even out here, so I'd be pretty surprised if you could get it modded. But if anyone knows I'm wrong, share the wealth.
