Disabled await airline ruling
Somewhat interesting, but it was the part about obese people that had me wondering. Unless there is a medically documented reason for being obese, they should have to pay for two seats and should never be allowed to take just one seat, making life a living hell for the person next to them on any flight over 1 hour. It's extremely selfish for an obese person to cause suffering for another because they can't lose weight (again, I am not talking about people with hormonal problems or such).

THere is nothing positive about being obese. The current trend of being happy with yourself is a nice change, up to a point. Being obese or even just extremely fat is not a good thing and should not be swept under the carpet of political correctness. Obviously I am not saying we should start name calling. We should offer positive support and education, but ignoring (or worse, saying being obese or fat is OK!!!) is not the way to go |
