I read contradictory information regards the LB and small claims court timelines.

J.S. Language School's owner [aka BeSmart JS, J.S. Education] is a real slime, and as a result, I will have to fight him for the last pay, tax witholding refunds, etc. Some of these things can be resolved, for instance, the Pension office paid him a visit on Wed, following a Jamsil Seoul visit [the local pension officer obviously had his ass chewed out, because he was so apologetic]. I will be filling my own taxes this year, since I changed employers mid year, and will get him that way.

Does anyone know what the timeline for small claims/LB is?

By this I mean if he witholds the last pay for some BS reason, how much time must I wait before I file with the LB, and how long until a hearing.conclusion?

Ditto for the small claims court?
