I'll be staying in Jeollanam do but I only know one in Gyeonggi-do so what time do they close then? Need to get F3 visas for my wife n baby while I'll be having my 1 week work orientation in Dajeon.

Only problem with that is you have to get the VISA from the office that has jurisdiction where you live. You can't get a VISA from Gyeonggi-do if you live in Jeollanam-do, or vice versa.
