| KB bank gives foreigners lots of problems. I don't know if Standard Chartered bank has online banking in English, but since people are still getting International ATM cards, I recommend you try them. Explain to KB bank the reason why you are leaving them. |

And to expand on that, some tellers are good and some are morons. It's really hit or miss everywhere in Korea. |
