				| Posted: Mon Jan 07, 2008 12:18 pm    Post subject: What are the best and worst applications on Facebook? | |
				|
 |
				| I have graduated from an occasional and indifferent FB user to getting slowly hooked on it. Some applications I love and others clearly need some work.
I really like the race application because I am missing my car
although sometimes I wish it required some skill instead of luck.
I originally intended to keep my page clean and simple with nothing more than messages and photographs but it is now cluttered with all sorts of silliness.

Which applications do you love or hate?

				| The only ones I'm allowing myself to take part in at the moment are the Virtual Bookshelf and the last.fm applications. I feel cluttered by the rest. And I loathe that zombie business. | |

				| I feel like punching all those people who send me invites to applications in the stomach. I actually kind of hate FB because of invites. Most of the apps seem geared towards 8 year-olds. | |

				| Useful: Korean Audio Word a Day, Chinese Audio Word a Day. However, it seems like most of the days when I check these the Korean app has loanwords from English.
Annoying: Anything related to pirates, zombies, werewolves, or vampires. Also those dedicated to "Would you _____ me?" (marry, kiss, et al.), Superwall, Hatching Eggs ... I'm sure there's plenty more I can add to the list but my laptop battery is about to die.

Traveler IQ Challenge is awesome, dude. It's great when you have some time to kill at work. Improves your geography skills, fun, etc.

The worst are those stupid werewolves, vampires, other ghey fantasy-type applications.

 Yeah I like that one.

I hate any application that allows people to continually 'click forward to see what happens' or pass on inane chain letters.
