How's it going? I'm a 26 year old classical musician from the States (male) that needs an apartment--or a room in one--for the beginning or middle of February. I can afford an absolute max of $500 US (500,000 KRW) a month for rent and around $2000 US (2,000,000 KRW) for key money. I also need the room/apartment to be furnished. If I sound like someone you'd like to live with ('cause this is so informative:p) please drop me a line at seismografe AT hotmail DOT com. Thanks in advance!

Oh yeah, before I forget, preferred locations are within a stop or two of Gongdeok, Yeungdeungpo-Gu chong (office), Chungjeongno, or Hyewha. Other information I forgot to add, I play the bass, have a long-term girlfriend, don't smoke (and would like to live with other non-smokers), and don't mind living with Koreans (or any other nationality really) as I really need to improve my Korean and would be more than happy to do a language swap. I'm also not one for bringing home lots of people without notice, so no crazy parties from this guy. Again, thanks in advance and I hope to hear from someone!
