Hello there,
I have just landed a pretty sweet university job. It is in the north of Seoul. I would be looking to move to Terung or Nowon. Do you know anything about these areas? How much would the rent be on a place? What fun things are there to do? Any MMA?

| In my neighbouthood, Junggye-dong, which is between Tearung and Nowon, you can put down 5-10 mil key money, and get rent for 450,00 or 500,000 per month. That would be for a 15 pyeong apartment, with balcony, bedroom, living room, kitchenette. The apartment block is called Jugong 5 danji in Junggye dong. |
