Here's the part of the ad that says nobody over 50 -

"Requirements for private and public positions (Sorry, government regulations and general school preferences or regulations.):

Applicants under 50 and citizens of New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, UK, South Africa, Australia, and United States. "

Here's the ad itself: http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/korea/index.cgi?read=28667

So, now it is government regulations that nobody over 50 should apply? That's a new one so far as I know.

Welcome to Korea - oops, not if you're over 50. Change that to:
Please stay home. You are not wanted in Korea if you are over 50.
end my own quote

Hasn't there been a law recently passed that prohibits the discrimination of age when hiring an individual or has this piece of legislation not gone through? Man, print this out, get a lawyer, and get rich.

The 'under 50' part has been added by the idiot recruiter (Jason). Rolling Eyes
The government regulations are that the applicants must be citizens of New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, UK, South Africa, Australia, and United States.

Well look at it this way ellie: at least they are telling you straight up. Laughing

They don't do like many other places and let an older person think they have a shot at the job, get them through an interview and have no intention of hiring them...but hey they look fair. Laughing

I know it was a joke...I trust you did not see the previous as mean spirited-just the subject in question deserved a harsher sting.

ps Vicissitude., no offense to garbage, but you are garbage, troll or no troll.

Question

What's "night on the rails?" At the bar? Drinking? If so, no. Just putting time in.

Me no care.

It's hard to "care" when your IQ is powered by a pea brain!
