I have a 20gb h320, it's been around a few years, but still runs fine.
The one thing I must mention is the battery only lasts 3 hours of constant playing these days. Not too bad really.
Comes with the cables (power/ USB, although it can be charged through USB as well. Also comes with a case.
Comes with or without 20gigs of music
