I recently started at Yonsei University doing the Korean course. However, I've not been able to attend the first few classes because of various reasons relating to moving to a new home. I'm curious about what I have missed. Because, I already have experience with Korean - But was put into Level 1 anyway. But not Section 1. What is the difference between the sections? Have I missed some important stuff, or have I missed what I probably already know? I can read, write and converse (small talk) in Korean so I'm hoping I will have no trouble catching up. |

Since you already know how to read Korean, I wouldn't sweat it too much. I took a level 1 course at Yonsei KLI and it moved pretty fast. Especially if you don't know how to read Korean yet. I never missed a class because they covered a lot of ground in the evening classes (3-4 hours per day). |
