Has anyone gone to either of these restaurants?
I'm looking for a romantic restaurant for a 1-year dating anniversary that is coming up soon. I'd like to keep the meal to within $200. I took my gf to Top Cloud for her birthday and, although she loved it, I thought it was way over-priced...$300 later.
What is the attire like at Nodle restaurant? |

Don't know about Nodle, where is that?
Best thing to do is take a trip there yourself and see the menu.
Here's a good place that won't break your bank (about 20,000 an entree): The Italian restaurant at Palgakjeong. It's on top of Bugak mountain. No public transportation goes there. Cabs will go, but you've gotta find one that knows where it is and is willing to take you. Then you gotta get a ride down. Nothing is near it, so that can be a bitch. I've actually hitched rides down
But it overlooks Jongno/Gwanhwamun and most people, even a lot of Korean, have never been up there. |

Thanks for the tip, does it get crowded? Have you been on a weekday? How much difference does it make in terms of quiet atmosphere? |
