Can one get pasta at EMART? And if so what do you recommend? I'm looking for preferably pasta and sauces separately. None of that "all in one bag" stuff.

E-Mart has pasta. Depending on the E-mart you go to you might have to hunt for it. Sauce is hit or miss. If you go to the E-mart at Yongsan Station they have a decent selection of pasta and a few flavors of Prego sauce. Costco sells pasta, marinara sauce, and pesto all in large quantities. If you have a Homeplus near you, they usually have pasta and sauce too. Just go wander into different places; you'll find what you're looking for.

Hyundai Department Store at Apgujung has cheaper pasta. I was there yesterday. tri colour fusilli for 2500 and white fusilli for 1600. There are other kinds of pastas as well as sauces and oils and what not.

Our local Homever has a wide selection of Pasta and sauce, as does the new Foreign goods section in our Hyundai Dept store. I've bought tri-color fusili, bow tie pasta, shells, lasagna noodles and more. The sauces are usually a mix of Japanese or imported organic sauces, but both places have Pesto. We're in Bucheon so I'm not sure what will be in your area, but it is worth checking both locations. Cheers!
