|
|
We've been invited to join the Korean vegetarian club "Han-wol-but-cha-shik-na-ra," on Saturday, January 5th. We'll meet at 1:50 at Jonggak station exit 3.
From there, we'll go to a restaurant called "HanGwaChae." It's an inexpensive, buffet-style restaurant.
If you can speak Korean, check out this group's website: http://cafe.naver.com/ululul.cafe
http://english.tour2korea.com/03Sightseeing/TravelSpot/travelspot_read.asp?oid=3036&kosm=m3_8
Read the third entry on this list for a description of the restaurant, and directions in case you are late.
Members of the Korean vegetarian group came to our last meeting, a dinner party, and we were delighted to meet them, and excited that they've returned the invitation.
Come on out and join us!

| I edited the original post again to include a description of the restaurant, extra directions, and to change the spelling of Jonggak station -- it's line 1, central Seoul, near Insadong. |

I'll be there - and/or I'll be square ...
(Who thinks the 5th was missing because someone drank a fifth ...?) |

It's a buffet-restaurant, but I look forward to sampling those eggs at our next potluck party! |

My guess is that there will be something next weekend, either Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, I have no info about when/where.
Edit: Also, if you PM Kermo your email address, she can add you to the email list. Then there's always seoulveggieclub.wordpress.com, and there's a facebook group, apparently. I think it's called Seoul Veggie Club. |

| I let this date just fly by. I think I'll set up the next three dates in one go so this doesn't happen again. Stay tuned. |
