Some background, the employer has made some very substantial deductions from my last wages - some legitimate, like 3 months worth of pension pay, taxes [he's refusing to give me a 24-1 or 37, of course] and utilities, as stated in the contract.
However, he's also cut my actual wages by 3/4ths on some bogus nonsense, and is refusing to pay 500K in OT. I am currently in LB dispute regards both.
I have changed the locks and am refusing to leave the apartment until my wages are paid. I can see the obvious benefits to myself, for instance, rent free housing until everything is cleared.
Does anyone have an opinion about the costs - real and imagined that not leaving an apartment would cause an employer? |

If that's the only apartment he has for teachers (I have no idea if you are the only waeg on staff), then he'll have to fork over money in one way or another (goshiwon, yogwan, new apartment) for the teacher coming in to replace you. |

It's also really stressful for the owner, if that can be considered a "cost". |
