Been living in Seoul no for over 3 years and finally going to get a place of my own! Just curious what other people are paying.

How much rent do you pay?
What area are you living in?
How much Key money did you put down? |

| Not in Seoul, but I pay 600,000 with 10million key, for 24 pyung. Of course that includes hallway space and a parking spot, so I think 14 of that is livable |

My other place is in Daejeon, but that's put up by the uni, so I pay maintenance fee of 50,000, maybe 20,000 in utiliites, and that's it. |

10-15 mins walk from Gangnam, Seoul.
300.000 p.m. rent and 30.000 maintenance.
No key/deposit money.
I decent sized room. |
