Hi, I wonder if anyone has had any experience with filing a claim for lost packages sent home (to the US in my case) from Korea. I sent several and most of them arrived fine, but two didn't make it. I mailed them (surface) in September and it's now February and I don't have them. I don't think I'm going to see those boxes. I had insured them each for $200 and I could use that $400 now. Any ideas?
