The water on my bathroom floor will not go away. I think the mains drain from the apartment may be blocked. Can I asked the security guy in my apartment building to take a look.

You can buy drain cleaner at most supermarkets and stocked corner stores. That may be easier than getting Korean logic involved.

After that, notify the building.

The plughole may be blocked with hair & soap. Remove the cover, & clean with an old toothbrush or piece of wire.
