Bundang is kind of like being in Japan without all the coolness or exoticness. It's a hive for yuppies and all the buildings are the same colour. Prices are higher on average than in most parts of Seoul. Lots of places to work though.

Good work, okay hangouts, high-end life, but can be pretty sterile and boring, too.

Bundang is very clean compared to much of Seoul. It's a very nice place to raise a family, but boring if you are a single person. There are lots of richer parents living in Bundang, so more opportunities for privates if you know the ropes.

I loved Bundang.

I really like bundang, but for my new job I will be moving to Seoul.

I looked for new houses on Saturday and was so depressed. Terang and Sawkgye are crap holes. So dirty Crying or Very sad

I have a job at Mangwolsa (in north east Seoul) and am looking for a nice modern place like bundang. Does it exist is the north east Seoul area?

I've lived in Bundang and Nowon-gu and didn't really see much difference. Nowon-gu is just a bit older than Bundang. But the same style.

I like it here pretty well. Some decent hangouts: "The Dublin" in Seo Hyun and "monkey beach." are the current cracker hangouts, so I avoid them.

The Koreans are generally well-travelled, a bit less xeno, ime.

A decent karaoke bar in Yatap. GREAT restaurants popping up in Sunae and Jeong ja.....

This I must second. My wife and I are pretty happy here with the variety of restaurant that actually do different ethnic cuisines pretty well here in Bundang. You do pay for it, though, but it's not too bad if you do it once a week or so.
