Hi! I'm interested in going to Korea for about a year in 2009 and I'm eligible for a F4 visa (or so the korean telephone lady told me).

Would it be easy for me to find some part time work such as at a cafe, shop etc. the "normal" part time jobs. And also if anyone else has any information about part time jobs/wages/method of payment etc... please add =) What jobs do you reccommend.

If it helps both my parents are korean, and I have a fairly decent level of korean.

Thank you!

anndd ohh!! One last thing. What is the minimum age for drinking alcohol etc. Is it 18years or 21 years?

You could always buy a cheap Bongo truck and sell veggies off the back of it like many of the other people in my community. I have joked with my wife that my dream employment was to own my own Bongo and do just that so I can scream at the top of my lungs that I have things for sell and do it in English at 5:00 am in the morning like they do to me when I am trying to sleep.

Honestly, I am not too sure what is available, but there are jobs to be had.

Minimum drinking age is 21.
