Has anyone gotten this or played it yet?

its the new game from the creators of Diablo.

Got it, played it on the USA servers with a decent ping of around 150-200ms.

It's decent. If you had a group of 3 that you play with often, it would probably be quite fun. It doesn't really leave me with a sense of accomplishment however. The boss fights are pretty straight forward, as the combat isn't really based on player skill so much (just how quick you can go from mob to mob). It's a pretty simple hack and slash, or shooter. The shooter aspect is kind of lame, you have unlimited bullets with no reload times, so u just hold down the trigger, run around and put things in your cross hair.

I'd probably suggest Never Winter Nights 2 before this game. If you have friends locally that you just want to play a RPG with, that would be a better bet. Then again, if you have friends back home that want to play either NWN2 or Hellgate, both are decent since pings don't seem to affect gameplay that much (especially NWN2).

I only tried the single-player. It was pretty turgid. I gave up on it - boring monsters, boring weapons just run around pointing your cursor at the baddies.
