| Has anyone actually seen the medical report or had the examination? What kind of questions does it ask? Do you fill it out or does the doctor fill it out? |

The Self check medical form asks if you have any illnesses, diseases,
have you been hospitalized recently and why
what was the last reason for a doctor visit and when
what medicines are you taking
have you used controlled substances without a prescription
basic questions..then you get your medical check by a dr in Korea |

Usual tests to see if you have any diseases...public schools most places..
urine....for drug testing.....TB test.. and chest x-ray I think..both for TB
and part of the urinalysis will be to show if you have HIV
Had the Hep A and B shots in the states.....in a series..glad I did that..they are free if you go to a clinic with insurance..and if not, pretty reasonable,
The tests in Korea from what I have seen are anywhere from 35,000 won to 80,000 won...Typical for US also if you don't have insurance. |
