OK, SMOE wants a letter of reference from my current school. My coteacher told me to write up the letter tonight and have the principal sign it tomorrow.

What does SMOE want in the reference letter? Shoudl it just say:

"PKang0202 worked at this school from XX/2007 to XX/2008" or should there be anything else in there?

Nope. They just want to confirm your "work experience / related employment" because your salary is tied to it.

Will you start work in Seoul in September or did SMOE agree to allow you to work shortly after your current contract ends?

If the latter is the case, please let me know how you did it.

My current school is letting me leave a couple weeks early so that I can get the SMOE job.
