Odd man running is under arrest

An offbeat presidential candidate who claimed to have an IQ of 430 and a promise of future marriage to conservative politician Park Geun-hye was arrested yesterday and now faces trial on charges of breaking the election law.
Prosecutors asked a Seoul court to issue an arrest warrant for Huh Kyung-young, 59, the chairman of the fringe Economic Republican Party, for spreading lies during the presidential election last year.

Of course, he let them arrest him, because he could use his "control of the spiritual domain" and other super-powers to easily escape.

He's already warned everyone that arresting him is dangerous. Apparently every time in the past someone's tried to arrest or sue him, they've mysteriously died of a heart attack.

I like how his name is "huh". This guy was a piece of work. Like I said before, his ideas on how to run Korea were no different from how most Koreans run hagwons. Bat shyte crazy assumptions about their own prowess and their own chances for success. And gunning to marry Park. He's like a hagwon owner who hires a 24 year old blond and no idea he's playing out of league.

He still makes more sense for everyone else who ran for president.

He should represent himself in court. With an IQ of 430, he'll certainly win.

Its her only chance to really see him and be with him. Clearly she's sending him a message. "The time is not right, my love. But we can at least see each other across a court room in a criminal libel trial."

You're right. I have no doubt he'll see it that way.

I had my wife translate his presidential election advertisement packet flier that all voting Koreans get and almost died from the gut laugh I suffered as a direct result of reading the translation. Apparently, he's also friendly with space aliens. GO #8 HAAAEEEEETTTEEEEENNG!!!

Very Happy
