Hello there,
I have recently landed a rather nice uni job (4/5 months vacation, 2.2 mil, 450,000 housing, 12-16 hours teaching) and everything seems great...well almost.
The only issue is I dont have key money for an apartment/place. Any advice? My uni is in Mangwolsa (Uijungbu district). Anyone know rough prices in that area with no key money?
I know there are goshiwons that fit my budget but im not too keen on them (and I know beggars cant be choosers/stunt doubles etc)
Many thanks for your help. |

Sometimes , if u ask around, you can find a landloard who will not take key money , but he will charge you about 6-700 000 a month. However these apartemnts are usually small. But they do exist |

As for the goshiwons , you d be surprised at how nice some of them are.I will admit , most are small and nasty ,but you need to look around |

You might also be surprised that even 1-3 million in key money gets you reduced rent and a larger place. |
