This is a good deal. You can sell the houseboat when you are done after a few months. The engine runs well enough so you can get out the harbor for fishing and diving.

She is very comfy, spacious, freshly remodeled with a trimmed out galley, (sink, a microwave, dishwasher and small refrigerator) full running lights, cabins lights, nice custom salon. Also a bonus freezer is on board and two air conditioners. Also a smart box system for charging a big sixD battery, no gen set , a automatic bilge pump and a compass. Rubber maid dock box on deck which makes for a great patio area or a place to store a kayak since this area is great for kayaking. (layout: bedroom faces the channel great view, galley and the salon faces the dock)
The extremely well built gill bracket holds an outboard, it is a 50hp Yamaha four stroke with low hours, so you are ready to go anywhere. Nice helm inside the salon with electric monitoring gages for the motor, throttle and racing wheel in salon.
At present it is located on a dock slip in Key West. The monthly lease includes the use of the showers, bathroom and washers/dyers. Staying longer term is preferred with a month to month lease of 752$. Slip like this are very rare to find in Key West. It is rare to find a dock slip that is available at this time of year and that will take a houseboat in Key West area.
You will pick up the lease on Feb 29th which is 752$ dollars a month, this is cheap rent for a dock slip. If the lease for the dock is not paid it will void the contract since I can not hold the slip unless it is paid for.

She has been sitting for a while so she will need to have the bottom and motor cleaned.
Once you buy this boat the lease for the dock slip will be your responsiblity so an additional 752 will be due Feb 29th for the month of March.
