I've been trying to access the Metropolitician's blog (http://metropolitician.blogs.com/scribblings_of_the_metrop/), both at home and work, for several days with no success. Has it been blocked?

I was wondering why the RSS wouldn't load.

I can get it through a proxy, ie unipeak.

It doesn't look as if I can get in either. I haven't been able to get into the blog of a Toronto sports writer for the past few days either:

http://thestar.blogs.com/thespin/

KT is my provider. It looks like things that have 'blog' or 'blogs' in the address are being blocked.

Apparently, some ISPs have banned his blog. No official reason has been stated, but I think it might have to do with many Koreans complaining about his posts. This all started around the time of the altercation he had while at a photoshoot with some drunk ajjoshi. The dude was ranting and raving at them, saying all kinds of horrible things and then tried to say that the Metropolitician attacked him.

Utter BS. I know the dude, he wouldn't hurt a fly.

Anyway, to make a long story short, just read my first sentence:p

I'm blocked from home with KT, but from work is fine.

I will try a proxy at home later.

It's probably due to the machinations of the latest racist conspiracy.

Do you seriously think there are more than 3 South Koreans who actually care to read his endlessly verbose and ridiculously long-winded English-language blog? It's hard enough even for me!

No doubt he will use this fake conspiracy to shamelessly promote himself even further.

I can sum up his blog in one simple sentence: "It's haaarrd bein' a Black Man in Korea, but I'd sure love to toss Steve Jobs' salad, yo!"

There, now you never have to read it again, 'cause you already know what he's going to say!

Not to mention he's a dissolute foot fetishist.
