Who is that guy? He has a beard, a blonde mop and sometimes likes to up the comedic ante by wearing a Superman suit.
My girlfriend thinks he is the most hilarious comic genius since time began. I think he is an irritating, grinning bufoon knob-head. Please, you be the judge of this

i think he's exceptionally annoying.

what's the name of that TV show with the 6 comics that he's in? you know, the one where they simply go around doing stuff while being goofballs - and their logo is some possessed sheep? i saw three of them in a commercial for Chicken NeNe last night, i think. i wonder how much money they rake in.

I'm thankful his Bennigan's commercial is no longer being shown on TV. What a tool. His name is Noh something. Can't be arsed to remember what it is.

I know that the main guy is the highest paid person on tv in Korea. The rest, I have no idea.

Oh and yes, the blonde guy is exceptionally annoying.

My husband says the presenter the blond guy is usually pared up with (the guy with the big teeth and wears glasses? He does that ad for a finance company or whatever where he plays a guitar and sings- it's pretty cheesy) is the most popular presenter in Korea (he's on every damn channel every time I turn on the tv). Hubby says he gets paid 20-30 mil a pop @.@!!

As for the blond guy, I don't mind him too much cuz I think he's silly. But my Korean isn't good enough to appreciate any witticisms, etc. I noticed that the broadcasting companies make him cover up his tats, btw. I saw a program he did at a waterpark, so he was shirtless, and they tried to cover up the tat on his upper arm with a bandana. Rolling Eyes

Yoo Jae-seok. My students all call him "Grasshopper" (that's what his Korean nickname is, they say)

That's what my husband said, too. Apparently if he takes off his glasses, he has bug eyes.... Hubby also says (sorry if I sound like a broken record) everyone likes him because he's mediocre, and therefore appeals to everyone. Shocked Not too handsome; not too witty; not too funny, or he'd be a comedian...

Blondie does my head in big-time. Every time he appears on the box, I want to kick the screen in. Just thinking about him is winding me up. I know it's a fairly irrational hatred but for Christ's sake, does he have to be on TV every day?

He's a tool. There was a bleach/bathroom cleaner commercial he was in, also. It nearly drove me to murder.

Gotta agree with some of the others here. Yu Jaeseok is actually very funny and a good host of the many shows he appears in: specifically "Muhan Dojan!" which is on 24x7 on any Korean channel it seems.

Not as funny as the "water show" "Dangerous Invitiation" but still fairly entertaining as K-TV goes... a low bar I know...

Noh Hong-chul is a buffoon. That is why he is on TV.

There is something about that show that forces me to watch it. I barely speak Korean, yet I see 6 Korean men in wigs participating in some inane challenge and my brain thinks, "I MUST watch this show!!" I am a shame to my family.

I asked my adult students who the greatest Korean comedian is. They all agreed that the blond is utterly unfunny, but they were equally vehement about their love of Mr. Grasshopper.
