This is my situation. Here is the latest email I got from the Chicago office on January 24. (It was in response to an email I sent about whether or not I am hired):

I think it is almost time to receive a final notice.

But I didn't get any information from the EPIK headquarter.

We are going to notice all EPIK applicants of the result when we get it.

I think you will get a good result because we highly recommended you to EPIK headquarter.

I'm going to let you know whenever I receive a final notice

Thanks.

Soooo.... can anyone relate? Or give advice?

Basically, in 3 weeks I am supposed to move to another country for a year and pretty much don't know if I am actually going or not.

ES84 - check out this thread:

We fellow EPIKers-to-be have been discussing this very situation. It's all so very last minute with EPIK. Hope you find solace in the fact that you are not alone Smile

Thanks for the link. I did post in there as well but I wasn't for sure if some went through recruiters or not and whether or not that made a difference. Seems like the people I've communicating with on Facebook have recieved their contracts but went through recruiters.

I don't know.

But reading over the link you gave me again does put me at ease that I am not the only one.

Thanks!

I received my EPIK package (2 contracts, Letter of Appointment, instructions) in the mail (in Korea) last Thursday. I would call the EPIK office, if I were you. I have called them whenever I have had a question and that has helped a great deal. Ashley and Jean have been very nice and helpful so far.
