Well they could ask for references? Isn't that how its done all over the world?
If both sides were really unethical they could always ask to see your passport for proof of E2 visa's or whatnot.
Perhaps a call to immigration upon visa sponsorship might yield results?
Water torture?
Depending how absurd you want to get, the list is practically endless. |
