Does anyone know where I could find board games like Scrabble (in English) in Korea?

I've seen some in the Bandi and Luni Bookstore at Jonggak Station in the foreign books section. Pricey. Monopoly was 40,000 won.

Jeongnam Jinx,

That looks great! You wouldn't have directions by subway, would you?

I've also seen it, in addition to other board games, at other large book stores, mainly Kyobo Bookstores and also
Young Poong Bookstore at Express Bus Terminal. Young Poong Bookstore is located by the escalator near McDonalds
and Outback Steakhouse. The game selection varies from time to time, but Scrabble seems to be a common game.
Also, a couple of my local stationery stores also carry board games. Hope that helps.

The board game cafe in Coex was selling it and a bunch of other games the last time I was there. I never remember how to get to it though so you would have to find it on the map.

Yep, with new cards, and new missions. It's pretty cool. If you play a 2 player game, you can have neutral armies. I haven't gotten into the new missions yet, but I have played the game. Got it for Christmas. Very Happy She is asleep now, but I will ask her when she wakes if she did anything special to order the English version.

Lotte Mart.

I saw scrabble, risk, monopoly and the Korean rip offs for half the price. They even had the greatest board game of all time there, and it wasn't a rip off, but made by the original German company "Settlers of Catan." I miss that game... and i feel sad that it's just stored away at my friend's place in Japan... not being used.

That would be AWESOME polonius! You'd be my hero forever and ever Very Happy I'll even name the golden horse guy after you.

Especially if you could provide the link since my hangul-reading skills are extremely basic. Or does anyone know how to spell RISK in hangul? I did a search for it on GMarket in English, but didn't get a result.

I went to the Toys R Us at Lotte Mart by Guil, but it didn't have RISK. Sad
