Ahh, you remember the guy who got off prison after turning up in a wheelchair. You know the guy (some CEO) who was caught for corruption and assault.

Well the current brother of Lee Myung Bak turned up at court in a nice shiny wheelchair with the tires barely dirty. Nice to see he is getting the best defense that money can buy for ... a wheelchair.

Key witness: Kim Jae-jung, the brother-in-law of President-elect Lee Myung-bak, arrives in a wheelchair at the special prosecutors office, Thursday, to answer questions on Lees allegation of corruption. Kim, who co-owns DAS, an automobile seat supplier, with Lees elder brother Sang-eun, is one of the main witnesses in an investigation of the allegation that Lee is the real owner of DAS, along with property in Seouls Dogok-dong area which was purchased in the names of Kim and Lee Sang-eun.

It looks like "chim" is ready to roll down.
