I'm looking to start a Korean lesson blog, one that goes above the beginner level, hopefully start an online group with my other western co-teachers hopefully get some insights about problems that arise jumping from Korean to English, maybe get some interesting ESL lesson plans out of it in the process.
I've just done a Korean lesson based on the opening to a movie, and I tried to post it on blogspot.com but all the spacing was screwed up and it looks like a mess. Plus they won't let me cut and paste a table so I can column stuff.
What do you think is the best free blogsite to post on, that would let me put up a table or at least let me fiddle with the basic block paragraph default style? |

| livejournal.com lets you turn on/off formatting, so you can format using HTML. You have to know HTML for that. |

Couldn't I just cut and paste the source code from my word-processing document?
I'm going to try, but the wpd I'm using (Hangeul) really changes (major spacing errors) when I paste the source code into blogspot.com
tech support forums are not very helpful.
But thanks for the link! I'll check it out. |

that's because cutting and pasting from a wordprocess adds strange code. MSword is particularly bad for that and I'm guessing HWP is worse since it is a really crappy useless peice of software to begin with.
If you want to type it to save first then do it in a plain text editor and add the html code yourself. wordpad or notepad are fine, but I prefer to use notepad++ (google and you'll find it) |
