|
|
There was a thread that listed some websites to look for apartments around Seoul. I've searched but I can't find it again.
Any suggestions for finding an apartment?
Should I look on a website, or just walk around the area I want to live in? Are the rental agencies a good idea?
Thanks! |

A realtor based in Seoul added me on Myspace named You Kyoung-Min. He's got a lot of info on his site and a lot of videos of the apartments. He seems nice enough. Plus he does some charity work on the side ^^
Here's his info:

This site is nearly useless - it hasn't been updated in about 2 years. |

For Itaewon/Haebangchon/Kyoungleedarn, go and see Arthur at Eden Realty. He's a good man.

Thanks. I appreciate it
Aside from Itaewon, are there any good agents in the Gangnam area? My job is on this side of the river. |

Don't listen...There are many good estate agents in Gangnam...The ones here in Itaewon are linked together so the ones there might be as well...Good luck |

I got an apartment with this guy and I found him to be very slow and a little dishonest |
