Short of North Korea attacking the South or Japan, the US will not attack.
China will come to the North if attacked. I doubt they would come to the North's aid if the North went on offense.

Good article though- it really makes me wonder if this was the North's "game-plan" all along- build a nuke and blackmail the West/6 Party Talks into providing concessions in exchange for not trading nuclear weapons with...what does the article say...Syria and Islamic terrorist groups.

Maybe if we had different leadership in the US, this would've been a higher priority. But we had Afghanistan and Iraq on our plate.

The US should secretly and rapidly nuke China and Russia, then nuke North Korea, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Israel. Anyone who gets upset about it afterward should be put on a secret island far away and be nuked.
