So I have to get my taxes done and I want to go to H & R Block in Korea. Here is the address:
H&R Block
2nd Floor
(Car Wash Bldg.)
36-27 Itaewon 1-dong
Yongsan-ku, Seoul, Korea 140-201
Tel: 822-790-3941 (8am-7pm)
Fax: 822-797-6586 (24 hrs)
e-mail: [email protected]
Problem is that I have no idea how to get here or where the heck the "Car Wash Building" is. Any ideas? I'll be coming by subway. |

That wouldn't be the car wash across the street from WhatTheBook, and behind the shoe store, corner mart, and realtor, would it?
I can't remember if that place has a 2nd floor or not? |

It could be that one, but I feel like it isn't. I remember seeing an H&R block in my neighbourhood (I live around Itaewon) and if my memory serves correctly I can give you directions.
If I'm remembering correctly, you want to walk towards the McDonald's end of the Itaewon street (towards Noksapyeong station) and at the end of the Itaewon road, turn left (past Suji's) and continue down the road past the Crown Hotel.
After the crown hotel, on the left hand side, you will eventually see a bunch of buildings that look like mechanics buildings, and car washes, and some restaurants. I think if you look along that road, in that area on the 2nd floor there is an H&R block. I remember seeing one a while ago, but am unsure if the location has changed or not.
Hopefully this helps, and you are able to find it.
It should be AFTER the crown hotel. That's when you should start looking at the buildings upper floors as you keep walking. If you reach a road on the left that veers off and kind of goes uphill towards the Capital hotel, you've gone too far. |
