Indoors.

Hehe. I'll post again when I remember the place I went to outside of Seoul. There was a sauna house out in the country (very nice) with an indoor pool, and outdoor pool, some saunas, hot tubs and docta-fish. Can't remember the name.

Did you check hotels or large gym complexes?

I know there's one somewhere in Bundang, but can't remember where.

The thought of Korean male adults peeing alongside the streets comes to mind. If they are willing to pee alongside streets so readily in front of everyone, then I'm sure a Korean child wouldn't mind doing so in a pool. It is for this reason that I have avoided Korean swimming pools.

The last one I remember seeing was definitely "indoors."

Don't let the outdoor ones confuse you tho. They're tricky like that.

Hope that helps.

Do you know then what chlorine is composed of?...and/or urine?

Korean pools are fine. We're not among complete savages. Have you seen some of the girls?

Why I'm offended. I'm going to go to the Mods for this one...

Yep that's true there is one there...It's called something like the educational center or something like that...

If you want to just do free swimming it's 3,900won on
Sunday 10am to 12pm
Sunday 1pm to 3pm
Sunday 4pm to 8pm
Also on public holidays as well i think the timetable is...

They have lots of programs but the flyer they gave me is in Korean...They have one laminated there in English you can read...

The prices for the programs range from 33,000won per month/3months to 50,000won depending on age, time, program etc
