im hoping to watch the semis on thursday. anyone know where the best place is to watch it? im not a regular to itaewon; have the standard sports bars been carrying the games. if not, i figure there must be a sports bar that caters to the africans i see around the area. thanks for any help. |

Hi,
P.M. me for directions to where I believe the games are shown on television.
I bet that the African International Restaurant AND Chas Jenkins Restaurant (the latter is African-owned, too) on the alley that is the lower half of Hooker Hill will show the games.
The former has every frickin' station, it seems, from around the planet.
Other than those two eateries, I'd check out Hollywood Grill as it is a good place and it is run by footie fans.

While it certainly doesn't have the same atmosphere, it's also possible to watch the games at home using:

I use TVAnts with that website, and have been watching the African Cup of Nations since the opening match. Plus, there's a whole slew of European friendlies and 2010 World Cup qualifying matches from Asia that they're broadcasting tomorrow ... |
