I have a torn rotator cuff which is only 60% healed, and I am going to be in Seongseo area of Daegu. Does the Keimung Univ. Medical Center have good physical therapy services? I have my set of exercises and I have 60% range of motion, and I can not lift anything in my Right shoulder, other than a piece of paper. My therapist feels that I should have 2 sessions a week for 2-3 months. I know the Korean insurance will pay 1/2 of it and my US insurance will reimburse me for the rest. Will this be possible?
