My nice co-teacher just showed me the holidays for this year for Busan public schools.

The summer vacation has been shortened slightly to 38 days.

The week between Children's Day and Buddha's Birthday is designated as holiday.

The Friday and Tuesday before and after Chuseok resp are holidays and Saturday the 4th of October, which doesn't really affect NTs.

I wonder if NT are required to be at school or the days will be considered part of the allotted vacation? Anyone see any differences in the 2008 contract?

Wouldn't it be wonderful if those extra days were just that.
